The symposium will convene at Palazzo Medici-Riccardi, one of Florence's most splendid and architecturally significant historical palaces. Located in the city's heart, this building was commissioned by the Medici family from Michelozzo, serving as their first primary residence. The style of the palace profoundly influenced the Renaissance architecture of Florence. The Sala Pistelli, accessible at number 9, Via Cavour, will host the symposium. Conveniently, the palace is just a ten-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station.
